Design Needed: Better system console UI #30

The current system console UI for configuration is a bit confusing. Replace with a custom component that hides fields not applicable to the currently selected LLMs would be a good start.

I going to start building a simple version of this, and we can redesign that later, but having something already in place would be helpful anyway.
