Enhancement in the text of notification for the `change of assignee` in MRs of Gitlab in the DM on MM. #449

Summary

While changing the assignee to a MR on Gitlab, the notification message in the DM on MM should be updated.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to any desired project on Gitlab and change the assignee from any other user.
  2. Navigate back to MM and open the DM notification from Gitlab.
