CC @ojwb too, as this brings in base2048 latest (which I see you've committed to).

More a FYI than a real PR. I tested locally and with make dist and other stuff.

Only to fix a comment which was wrong because it still talked about Base32768 (which the code was based on originally).

Got it. I thought I'd just check in as I know the base2048 stuff is super sensitive and I'm not sure what I don't know about it :D I'll merge shortly.
