Extras only takes a list not a tuple #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to set "extras" to a tuple

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected it to work since it's using a tuple in the example

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Django 1.3

Please provide any additional information below.
It should handle both tuple and list
