Still will not work with Mountain Lion #223

What Version of iTiVo?
New beta version that was released on 10-11
What Version of MacOS X?
Mountain Lion
What download format did you select?
dmg
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I start the program it get a message saying "AppleScript Error  Can’t 
get window "PrefsPanel". (-1728)"
2. I tried to download the newest version and this is what happens.
3. It will not open the Preference Panel and let me put in my media access key

Please provide any additional information below.
