Do Not Download if Show Already Exists #86

I have many re-run shows that get recorded on TiVo multiple times over several 
months.  iTiVo 
will download the shows multiple times, and replace the previous one (because I 
have subscribed 
to the show).  

It would be great if prior to downloading a show in your queue, if iTiVo would 
check the 
destination folder to see if a show with the same name already exists, and if 
so would remove 
the show from the queue prior to beginning the download.
