Feature request:

It would be nice to be able to edit fields in place
using Ajax instead of being redirected to another page.

This feature was also request for phpMyAdmin:

The code for edit-in-place can be found on the net, and in JS frameworks
like jQuery/prototype/script.aculo.us/etc.

I have considered it in the past, but have always thought that the added 
complexity wouldn't be worth it.

Where do you see the complexity coming from? I frequently do AJAX coding, and 
it's
not that complicated.
