Toggle mode grip in revive menu stopped working #149

The Toggle mode for the Vive controller grip in the Revive menu of Open VR Advanced Settings has completely stopped working. I used to use it for From Other Suns and it used to work perfectly. Now no matter what I select, I have to keep pressing on grip in order for it to remain active causing a lot of wrist strain and effectively making From Other Suns unplayable. Issue has been discovered on v 2.5 of Open VR Advanced settings.

Same here. Grip Toggle is broken
