Use of Intune BIOS option without ConfigMgr site possible? #324

Having a hard time getting Intune BIOS working in an environment without ConfigMgr. Is this possible? Have followed the guide at https://msendpointmgr.com/2021/11/19/introducing-intune-bios-control/ but not seeing any "CMPackage" entries in my BIOSPackages.xml. The XML is there with the parent ArrayOfCMPackage tag but no children. Selecting Models as Download & Model XML generation seems to work ok - I have the ModelDetails.xml and downloaded bits from vendors in the temp directory, but when choosing "Intune" and doing "Start download / extract / import", the HP models fail at:

Checking OEM for latest BIOS for model ID 8ab9 errors occurred Err: Issue obtaining matching value for 8ab8

If I try Dell devices, it does seem to work - Info: Using SKU 0a3F, Dell System Model ID is: 0a3F, bios processing started, bios processing finished, etc. It then identifies the azure storage info and can read the XML. But nothing is written out to the XML and my "Intune BIOS Control" area is always blank. Push production updates, push latest to production do nothing. Storage was provisioned successfully.

Let me know what I can do or how I can help get this working, thanks!
