Re-compiled 7z.sfx does not work properly with 7-zip v23.01 #513

Compressing works finde, but compressed DriverPackage.exe self extracting archives stuck on extracting and do not finish the process in WinPE (Win11 22H2 PE). Works with older versions of 7-zip.
