Conda package #8

Hi, Would it be possible to have this tool installable as a conda package? Thanks.

Hi joao1980, I'll try to make a CONDA package although I never did one before... Have you tried to run the program by cloning the repository? All the required packages can be installed by pip, and to install blast you can do: 'sudo apt-get install ncbi-blast+' Best wishes, Mauricio

Hi Mauricio, I am planning on including the tool in a container that contains other tools as well (sort of a wrapper). Having a conda package makes it extremely useful since installation becomes quite straight forward. Food for thought :) But many thanks for putting the creation of a conda package in your todo list.
