Bug when trying to add a new Survey #46

  1. Add component 'Survey'
  2. Try to click it (left menu) to add a survey
  3. Server error

Test it in the Product Team > UX/UI Tiger Team assembly (component is unpublished).

This was because things were being done in the wrong order (not saving the survey first) - resolved.
