Improving Actions menu UX #31

I love monu. My only issue seems to be when I go to click "Stop All" and the cursor doesn't change to a pointer. For a second I get confused and wonder "can I not stop the processes for some reason?" This is a super small change but it makes a huge difference for me.

Thanks. I've also added the class to the other action buttons in the detail view.
