also cache to `main` (AWS/GCP/AZ) registry #219

currently it's not possible to --cache-to more than one ref, so this would have to be done with a workaround of building-to-cache twice.

caches on main registries would still be important, because most users will only have read privileges there, and GHCR priviliges are finnicky.
