Tarball install from pypi broken #37

The setup.py tries to read the DESCRIPTION.rst file, but that is not included in the source distribution.

I attempted to fix this in https://github.com/maximtrp/scikit-posthocs/pull/36

Thank you! I have merged your pull request and uploaded the fixed release to PyPi (0.6.6)
