Adding installation instructions for ubuntu.

@kvmanohar22 Can you add the installation instructions or link for julia 0.6.0 (ubuntu 14.04 LTS)?

@vernwalrahul you need to check out v0.6.0-pre.alpha branch before you build julia.

@kvmanohar22 thanks, but that branch seems to be inactive. I am getting the following error: HEAD is now at 29bc2ac... feature freeze master for 0.6-pre (#20762)

and its jumping back to release 0.5.
