Adds initial setup with docker. #37

Adds the docker configuration to create the container image for this repository. @alxschwrz If you have any experience with docker it would be nice to test this.

Hi @maxspahn, Im sorry I somwhow missed this PR. I do not have much experience with docker, however I will test it a bit since I also want to learn about Docker in general :)
