feature: ability to separate "global" & "specific deployments/resources/builders" alerters #112

For the specific "deployments/resources/builders" alerters, alerters can only be run on that specific action or multiple actions.

Can you clarify? you can already filter by the alert types, and whitelist / blacklist specific resources for alerters
