Maximum indel length #2

What is the maximum length of indels we want to evaluate. I arbitrarily default to 50bp, but am very happy to change this.

Mirroring Ryan's response from Slack that there is no objective threshold and this sounds totally reasonable for small "structural variants" - no strong opinion from me either!
