Publish latest version to Open VSX #37

As far as I can see the extension has been officially (by you, not some third party) published to Open VSX.

Would it be possible to also publish the latest version 0.1.11 there?

Sorry, was to blind to see https://github.com/mblode/vscode-zotero/issues/20 (which seems to be outdated as far as I understand)
