How are you exporting to PDF? If you are using some sort of link on the wiki page, as is described here, then it is not going to work. If, on the other hand, you use a local PDF printer, it should work no problem.
Unfortunately the first case is too difficult to fix. It would involve changing the way Mathjax works, and that's outside the scope of what this plugin is for. Mathjax uses client-side javascript to change the LaTeX code. The PDF generator is a server-side program, so it will not run the javascript, and therefore will never see the changes Mathjax makes.
If you run Windows you can download a free PDF printer here: http://www.cutepdf.com/. If you run OS X, I believe it has a PDF printer already included (or maybe a "Save to PDF" option when you bring up the print dialog). If you run Linux then I'm sure you've got it covered.
Thank you very much for so rapid response.
I tried the first way to get the PDF. Now I know the right way to do it.
Thank you again.
The formula is no problem in the wiki page and preview.
But when I get the PDF export from the wiki page, the formula will not display correctly. (Olny script for the formula appear in the PDF file)
Could you fix this please?
And this is great plugin. Thank you for this great job
