Able to input multi line MathJax Syntax
Security issue: all data was placed as raw text. A user could insert a bad script. Added a simple check on characters '<' '>' to prevent HTML tags.
Added input checks and better description.
Show errors on bad input.
Updated: Readme. Added Redmine requirements.
