XPP models should have something in parameter tab.

Mechanism is the same as overview so can also be hidden. Mechanism is supposed to be the same as model view for previous modelDB website.

In XPP models, there is a problem with the get_parameters function's retrieval somewhere. (or it is being retrieved and there could be a problem later with the displaying)

Hide empty tabs (parameters when no XPP)
