Custom definition of parcellation file #18

Right now the only type of segmentations that are supported are Freesurfer or SynthSeg (same LUT as freesurfer). We can keep this custom parc option for users, but perhaps by default we should just add a rule to run synthseg inside this workflow - takes only a few minutes to run..
