Hey @AshleyWoods it appears that GBIF now gives several options when carrying out a query about the kind of data product:
I think that dataset that wasn't working for your code was the "SIMPLE" format from GBIF. It would be nice if we could support this as these are smaller data sizes. This is just in a feature to be added not critical.
