Missing DLL #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Outcall V1.6
2. Start Outcall

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Launch Outcall; See instead: missing msvcr71.dll

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit and Office 2010

Please provide any additional information below.
Although the computer was fully updates with all Microsoft updates, the message 
keeps popping up and Outcall does not start.

After that I searched for the specific dll file, found it on the system, copied 
it to the Outcall installation programfolder and everything seems to work just 
fine. I have to test all features...
