Remove unnecessary STDERR output #5

My SWT app has both a UI and CLI mode. The STDERR output from swtjar has been a huge source of confusion for my users. I've had several issue tickets asking if this STDERR output indicates something is wrong.

Leaving the output as commented out in case it might be helpful when debugging issues.

Swtjar has been very helpful to me. Removing this output cleans up the user experience a bit, but you won't hurt my feelings if you want to leave it in. Just something I'm benefiting from that I thought others might appreciate as well.
