beforeunload not getting handled properly #70

Steps to Reproduce:

- edit and save a scratch.pageforest.com page
- modify the text area
- hit refresh

Results:

- Page reloads without warning about loosing unsaved data.

Expected:

onbeforeunload should be called to pop up a warning.
