[Feature Suggestion] Allowing polyglot runes in item descriptions. #217

I could see a lot of use out of disguising text in item descriptions, such as worn books or journals, or pieces of parchment.

It would save a lot of work having to make an item and a journal entry, while also making sure that the journal entry is only visible to the person who has the item.
