User Experience

Summary: Do not unscramble documents, even if they are in a character's inventory, and they do not have the correct language for it.

Description In a system that has literacy support (e.g. WFRP4e), it is possible for characters to pick up items in languages that they cannot Read.

However, as soon as it is added to the character's inventory, it is marked as being owned by that character and automatically unscrambled for them.

Proposed Solution:

Remove the checks for isOwner when determining whether to scramble documents.

Open points:

A player is able to edit a document in their inventory. Should documents be scrambled whilst editing as well?
