"Error occured" Please delete Cygwin, when MingW is installed #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply launch the winchain .exe
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected : installing toolchain in c:/cygwin
Happening : install fails saying to "delete cygwin folder", though i don't 
have cygwin installed ( not even some env. vars ) BUt i have mingW 
instead !

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last prebuilttoolchain, on vista SP2

Please provide any additional information below.
