Cygwin button greyed out #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I installed a previous toolchain, and decided to use winchain
2. I deleted the cygwin folder and registry strings mentioned here:
http://microcross.com/html/knowledge_base.html 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm running Win XP, with the latest version

Please provide any additional information below.

same thing happened to me, but I'm now downloading and installing cygwin 
separately from cygwin's site... hope that works!
