The big picture of what I'm trying to do

Place text below an image as a caption.

What I did

Attempted to convert a fresh create-elm-app to using style-elements instead of elm-html. Code in link. https://ellie-app.com/9nLd3RCM8a1/0

What I Expected To Happen

As in the image below, disregarding spacing.
