Just out of curiosity; are you able to transmit data from the boat to your phone while coaching? Currently having a hard time getting data to transmit myself

Haven't tried it yet, but after compiling and installing your version and selecting transmit/receive in the menu, the notification about installing Talos Remote doesn't link to the Remote's Play Store page (the Remote app might have disappeared from there as I can't find it manually either), and after installing the Remote's apk I found somewhere online the app still doesn't seem aware of it.. Will try harder soon.

3 years ago Haha okee, ik dacht even dat je een wondermiddel gevonden had maar helaas; was laatste keer druk bezig met die remote integreren in de main app zodat je niet losse dingen nodig hebt maar dat was nog geen heel groot succes
Thank god for someone with more coding skills than me picking up this project! I have a feature request: would it be possible to have a sticky Android notification that contains the current stroke rate/split time/other customisable data, updated every idk 2 seconds? I'd like to have my crappy smart watch (Amazfit bip, it can only show normal Android notifications forwarded by its companion app, no actual smart stuff) show it to me so I don't need to have my phone in my hand while coaching (actually not sure if this app stays alive well if the screen is locked).
