Cleanup after switch of `beta` to main

User story

As a developer, after the launch of the beta endpoints as the main endpoints, I want to ensure that we don't carry forward any out-of-date code, as well as update our Terraform code to reflect the manual changes made to the AWS infrastructure.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] The behaviors in the stage and prod CloudFront distributions have been modified (this will reduce the number of behaviors from 28 to about 12) (Ryan). The behaviors after the launch should be (in order):

  • static/js/libs/ckeditor/build/* (configured same as before -- vary on host header and t query parameter)
  • static/* (configured same as before -- vary on host header)
  • media/* (configured same as before -- vary on host header)
  • */docs/* (vary on host and accept-language headers, django_language cookie -- no other cookies, and all query params)
  • users/* (pass through)
  • */users/* (pass through)
  • */profile/* (pass through)
  • */profiles/* (pass through)
  • admin/* (pass through)
  • api/v1/doc/* (configured same as before)
  • api/* (pass through)
  • Default (vary on host and accept-language headers, django_language cookie -- no other cookies, and all query params)

• [ ] The DNS entries for beta.developer.mozilla.org and beta.developer.allizom.org have been deleted (Ed)

• [ ] The terraform in https://github.com/mdn/infra has been updated to reflect the new stage and prod S3 buckets used for serving the document API (Ed)

• [ ] The terraform in https://github.com/mdn/infra has been updated to reflect the new mdn-s3-api-prod-uploader and mdn-s3-api-stage-uploader users and their policies (Ed)

• [ ] The terraform in https://github.com/mdn/infra has been updated to reflect the behaviors in the current stage and prod CloudFront distributions (Ed)

• [ ] The terraform in https://github.com/mdn/infra has been updated to reflect the new SSL certs, CDN's, etc. for the wiki domain (Ed)

I think in terms of points, I suspect this means 1-2 points for me (Ryan) and perhaps 2-3 points for Ed?

I mentioned it at the end of the Acceptance Criteria section above, but I wanted to repeat it here to make it more noticeable. In terms of the 4 points estimated for this task, my sense of the distribution of the points between @limed and myself would be:
