jar in sources from svn #222

i tried to build this project from sources obtained from source tab of the 
project using svn (current revision is 192). in the folder 'libs' there was 
com.antlersoft.android.db.jar that is needed for sqlitegen eclipse plug-in. i 
do not think that it is right to place this jar there because it does not work 
for me. i built project only when replace this jar with new one obtained from 
sqlitegen project.

i am replacing library file every build after moment when eclipse say me that i 
have over 100 errors

it seems to be solved in revision 202 or may be in one of the previous. it was 
described in comments to issue 219
