Add different questionnaires to have some default files #12

We can still think about which questionnaires to use here, but it would be cool if we had some of the most used questionnaires as default where users could just enter the name in the function and we already have the txt file etc.

DOSPERT
SOEP
PANAS
Big Five Inventory
Rosenberg Self Estem Scale
Numeracy Scales
CBCL
BDI
CRT

I think there could be some copyright issues with CBCL and BDI, no? I'd suggest using PHQ or DASS-21 because they're free.
