Uploading image to flickr

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Sign in to flickr or instagram
2.Call SocialAuthAdapter uploadImage method
3.Throws an exception

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would have wanted to be able to upload image to flickr and instragram

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
socialauth-4.4
socialauth-android-3.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I took a look at SocialAuthAdapter.java and saw that uploading image filters 
provider only for facebook and twitter.
Is it possible to upload image for flickr and instagram?

Instagram not supports upload of images publicly. See this link for more info.

Flickr seems to upload images. We are taking it as enhancement request.

need not from popup menu, Share-Bar, Share-Button. Please help me.
