I primarly added a couple extra steps to the HACS install part to help people less familar with HACS
Also refactored the file a tad
switched from auctal numbers to 1. This gets rendered as a proper orderd numbered list, so while it looks a little silly in MD, it makes it much easier to add in extra steps without having to re-do numbers
Moved images into the repository, just incase GH user files delete them at some point because they are not used directly or something.
