Simple tool to help setting up a connection #82

Hello, this is not a problem, but I want to share with you this simple script I'm using to quickly set up a connection with WiCAN-USB.

It works with TCP and ACM connection. Tested on Linux, but it should work on any platform where socat and slcand are available.
