change the a line in the readme.md file #28

first, thanks for this great project, than i think you should change the line after the install title in the readme.md file to 

    pip3 install git+https://github.com/mechboxes/mech.git

i already used the above command on OSX sierra and it does work, thanks again

I believe this is resolved since the install commands reference installing from the devel branch.
