X-Props are not roundtripped #25

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an event with X-Props
2. Retrieve the event

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I´d expect the X-Props to be properly roundtripped, instead they are
dropped. Given my assumptions about what the server does, I think this
could easily be mapped to the gd:extendedProperty tag

This bug makes it impossible to use event alarms in conjunction with
Sunbird/IceOwl.
Since each Google Calendar event has an alarm by default, Sunbird/IceOwl users end
up in an infinite reminder loop unless they edit their Calendar properties not
to
display alarms, a crude work-around. This bug should be a higher priority (or
consider this a vote for this bug.)
