Create testcases #7

It would be best to create some testcases, which should be run before any
release to ensure that no regressions came into the parser-code.

Proposed testcases:
* simple article, including formatting
* complex article with special characters like quotes
* HTML-entities
* Parserfunctions
* extension-tags (ref, math, ...)
* images
* tables (simple, nested, row and col spanning)
* w2l specials like class="w2l-remove"
* noinclude and includeonly
* Links
* Lists

Several testcases have been created. They are being checked for at every state 
of
development and are being checked more carefully and complete before releasing 
a new
version.
