Setting up sphinx, some first improvments to doc #2

I just wanted to comment that there are a lot of files in here that I don't understand (I suppose they are documents, some of them HTML).

Yes, this was the sphinx doc. The aim is to host this doc on github, and I did some experiments (learning...). I will remove all these sphinx files except for the "source" from the master branch, and the static "build" html files will only live in the special "gh-pages" branch, which contains what will be seen at http://megalut.github.io/sewpy/. That's the plan. To reach this, I will keep directly pushing to master.
