Hi,
I've noticed sewpy doesn't seem to be cleaning up after itself once it's finished. I was running a big batch job performing completeness estimates using sewpy and the /tmp/ folder ended up chock full of sewpyworkdir* folders (hard disk was already close to capacity, so my system completely fell over and wouldn't boot). I've written in a line to remove these as I'm going in my own script as a workaround, but assume the code shouldn't be leaving old files lying around. Maybe I did something dozy and the script is already supposed to remove its own tmpfiles though.
