Remove Error / Warning / Infos filter buttons #10

The show / hide of the buttons is a jarring
If you have "Error" selected and there are no more errors you can no longer unselect "Error" and you are stuck

Instead I feel we should experiment with enhancing the search bar.

We can further experiment with offering affordances like GitHub does when searching for issues. Check the "Filter" dropdown to the left of the search box and the label drop-down.

Oooo, I love the idea of enhancing the search bar, the only potential issue I see with that is discoverability for new users.
