Add Digikam #64

I would like a good comparison with other apps in the chart along with Digikam. It is a FOSS.

I would agree that this would be a nice application to add to the list, however since there are no mobile or web application versions of digikam it would be missing many of the features that this list includes. I would still like to add it at some point though but in the meantime contributions are always welcome!
