After HA update to 2024.6.0, when I reboot HA, all sensors and all binary_sensors not exists until integration restart.

Only update.uptime_kuma_update and sensor with monitors count exists...

With problem:

I have enabled debug registration, tomorrow I can upload log 👍🏻

I didn't see this after upgrading to 2024.06, but i did restart my homeassistant server after the upgrade, so that could be why.
