Sensors are frequently unavailable #86

Both sensors (binary.sensor and sensor) are getting unavailable frequently every few minutes. I have fifteen services and all have the same behavior.

Uptime Kuma: Version: 1.23.11 Frontend-Version: 1.23.11 Working in a docker container on another machine/vm.

Home Assistent: Core 2023.12.4 Supervisor 2023.12.0 Operating System 11.2 Frontend 20231208.2

@ciddi89 Did this issue go away on its own, or was there something in your setup that you needed to change to resolve this?

@meichthys after some restarts of home Assistent a couple days ago it seems okay. So I think it's gone by itself.
