Pausing monitor removes sensors in HA #89

If I pause a monitor in Uptime Kuma, the sensors in Home Assistant gets removed. It would be nice to keep the sensor in Home Assistant with either a new paused attribute or state.

I think this may be by design, but i see how it can be annoying when using the Pause feature in UptimeKuma.
